Legacy Network promotes positive, safe,
and edifying cultural expression by
facilitating cultural awareness programs
and community festivals. We actively
promote the Ulster band scene and Ulster-
Scots cultural identity, creating spaces for
people to engage, learn, and appreciate
these rich traditions. Our rights-based
approach to cultural expression
encourages responsibility, respect and
unity, helping individuals express
themselves through meaningful cultural
experiences while fostering a deep sense
of pride in their heritage and community.

capacity building, upskilling, and
